Have taken my cars to Gowens for more than 15 yrs. They have always done an excellent job and lets the customer know what needs to be done as well as THE cost previous to repair. They are honest and will tell you if work is not necessary. GOWENS WILL TRY TO ACCOMONDATE THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS, ANYWAY THEY CAN INCLUDING DROPPING THEM OFF WHILE THIER CAR IS BEING REPAIRED.

They installed an AC unit in my vehicle about a year ago. Today called Chad about a hiccup with the unit. As I am driving over to the shop, on the phone with Chad, he patiently helped me resolve my issue. I have known this shop for almost 20 years and They are Good, Thorough and Detailed!!! I worked with them professionally and now personally. You can't beat Good Service. Thanks Gowens, Chad, !!!! Thank You!!!

Gowen has done work for me on 3 different occasions and they done a great job each time. They are reasonable too.

I’m very upset, because I took my vehicle to this place thinking is was a good shop, but it is the worst. I was supposed get a diagnostic since last Monday. There was no communication from them at all. I had to call them and they never answer. They never call me back to tell me the price on the diagnostic, they kept the car parked outside for two days. And now their charging me $258 for a diagnostic. That’s a slap in the face. Worst place ever!!!!!!

Took my van in for a leak and over heating when running a/c. It ran hot when not moving. They replace the water pump and said everything else was fine. The next day it started to run hot again. Not going back they did not fix the issue.
