Have taken my cars to Gowens for more than 15 yrs. They have always done an excellent job and lets the customer know what needs to be done as well as THE cost previous to repair. They are honest and will tell you if work is not necessary. GOWENS WILL TRY TO ACCOMONDATE THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS, ANYWAY THEY CAN INCLUDING DROPPING THEM OFF WHILE THIER CAR IS BEING REPAIRED.

They installed an AC unit in my vehicle about a year ago. Today called Chad about a hiccup with the unit. As I am driving over to the shop, on the phone with Chad, he patiently helped me resolve my issue. I have known this shop for almost 20 years and They are Good, Thorough and Detailed!!!
