Gowen's's always gets the job done timely and reasonably. No doubt, they are my go-to in the community!

I live 75 minutes away from shop. I was informed on arrival that car needed a battery that it could be driven a short distance. I was told that I could buy a battery at Advanced Auto and they would install it. When I got there they told me they did not have tools to install and send me to a local repair shop. I had to leave the car and get it after work. The check engine light was on and the car had a knock. I had to replace the ignition and spark plug #6. A new key had been made so I do not know if the ignition was damaged at that time. I called twice to ask about these concerns and was told not to keep calling him very rudely.
