Please don't get me wrong, overall I believe this is a very decent repair shop to have your vehicle serviced. I've had great encounters with the majority of those who work here. I don't feel a higher rating is warranted because, I've often felt like I was given resistance to my claims by the front desk attendant Barbara. I feel like she oversteps the boundaries of the scope of her perceived job description and/or qualifications, when she tries to discuss matters with me pertaining to my car. For instance, if I tell her what I'm experiencing with my car, she immediately becomes this interrogative, presumptive, diagnostic front desk attendant in my opinion; to me, it feels like she is looking for a reason to say I've done something wrong or negligent to my car. It's very hard to get a word in with her, and whenever I can talk to her, it seems like she isn't listening, but thinking of what her rebuttal is going to be when I've stopped talking. I just want her to take my car in, and let me deal with the professionals. She is the reason I've started taking my car to another service provider. She is also the reason, I try my best to overlook/avoid her and ask for the help of someone else when I arrive. My car is currently there for a warranty issue, and unfortunately I've had to deal with her service related character flaws again. I dislike writing reviews of this nature, but I've had enough of how I feel when I deal with her.
