I took my range rover to Gowen's. I had a a code on my car. (Code p304) and a small leak. After 1 month and $1200 later. Gowen called and told me car was ready but the problem I brought it in for was not repaired. One hour after getting my car I ran test and found that I had two (2) additional codes and still had a leak. Barbara who was very sweet and helpful said that the owner would call. Never did. I can't just allow a place to take my hard earned money wrongfully and leave it at that.
Hi Dwagne, I apologize for not calling sooner. I attempted to call this morning, but was unable to reach you. I hope you receive this response. When reviewing your account I found that we did not do our own diagnostics on your Range Rover. We were only given permission to do a tune up and fix the two leaks we found while servicing your vehicle. Further issues with your vehicle, unfortunately, is a result of us not being able to do a full diagnostic work up. It is always disappointing when this happens as it typically results in vehicles not getting the full care they need.
