My experience with Gowen's Automotive, LLC was excellent. Their service was professional on every level. I am a truly satisfied customer.

I had been looking for a place to settle into where I can take my car when ever needed. I had gone to my previous mechanic for 10 years and I had patronized the one before that for 20 years. I tried scheduling my car with a different automotive shop for an oil change prior to Gowen's and they said, "just come in any time and we'll do it". I tried "stopping in on two different days off from work and they weren't able to get it done. That was weird and frustrating and left me with no confidence or trust in them. Gowen's was really professional and friendly right from the first phone call. They got me into the schedule quickly, they were right on time when I arrived, they were good communicators, and very friendly, helpful, and professional. I'll definitely be going back to them!!

Ms.Barbara was very hospitable and provided helpful information regarding drop off and pick up if my car. I will return if any further car needs come up versus going to a dealership. Relationship matters!

If giving a chance this shop will RIP you off!! Overpriced and charged $160.00 for diagnostics then after I paid and told them I had another mechanic to do the job at a fraction of the price and he would be there on Saturday to pick it up, asked them to leave the car available outside upon arrival found my car in the fence behind 20 other cars. Now they have cost me plenty more. DONT TRUST THEM.......RUN!

Always a pleasure to deal with a family business that is courteous and knows their trade. Been a customer for years and plan to be back. Keep on "trucking" GOWENS we need you!

Gowens is a great family own business. The people are always friendly with great customer service. They even worked with me even when I didn't have all the money to pay them. They kept my car for 2 weeks and didnt charge me a storage fee. The only downside is if you take your car in for one problem, they will be up front and honest and explain other problems wrong with your car (which I appreciate). But that means you'll probably have to spend more than expected. At least you won't have any lingering problems afterwards.

I would definitely bring my mercedes back to Gowan's Automotive for service maintenance . Chad is very knowledgeable, the service was excellent, and the price was 40% less than what I was quoted at the Mercedes-Benz dealership'sthe . I'm all about saving money and time and I was allowed to save both because Gowan's had my car ready in a day. -Gayle Borden
