This is my first time visiting Gowens Automotive in Fairburn. At first I was a little skeptical, but after communicating with Ryan, Ms Barbara and Rick they completely won me over. My car needed a new Transaxle and wheel bearings. They fix the problem in a timely manner and kept me updated the whole way. They were very patient with me and very friendly. I will now bring my vehicles here for any problem and I will tell all my friends and family how great this establishment is. Thank Gowen Automotive for bring my Nissan Rogue back to life!

Always happy with Gowen's! They are top of the line when it comes to finding the source of problems with my car and fixing it within my budget. Mechanics are honest when troubleshooting and offering suggestions. I once took my car in because it felt "broken" after driving a brand new 2019 rental car. There was nothing wrong with my car. It was just me! Any other establishment would have taken ME for a ride but Gowen's, they shoot straight and don't try to find ways to just make money off people. I trust them completely and I have never been disappointed with any work they have done. I can't say enough about the courtesy and "family" like way they treat us and all their customers. HIGHLY recommend!

I had been looking for a place to settle into where I can take my car when ever needed. I had gone to my previous mechanic for 10 years and I had patronized the one before that for 20 years. I tried scheduling my car with a different automotive shop for an oil change prior to Gowen's and they said, "just come in any time and we'll do it". I tried "stopping in on two different days off from work and they weren't able to get it done. That was weird and frustrating and left me with no confidence or trust in them. Gowen's was really professional and friendly right from the first phone call. They got me into the schedule quickly, they were right on time when I arrived, they were good communicators, and very friendly, helpful, and professional. I'll definitely be going back to them!!
