These folks are so not friendly. I had already talked to someone earlier today saying my truck was ready with a price. However, they were about to charge me over $100 for a part they did not use and send back. Then the lady who does the front desk called me back but while she it talking to me a guy in the background saw i was on the phone and said," She needs to be talking to Chad" and a few other things like I can not hear and yet she called me. I did not call back. It was here she saw that they were about to rip me off money services and parts not required. They are so condescending because I am a woman and they think I know nothing. I am a veteran and was felt very disrespected by the staff.
Hi Michelle, As I stated when you were at our shop yesterday I apologize that there was indeed miscommunication in the office about what items should be on your invoice. I was the one who told my mother that Chad had been taking care of your invoicing and that he had not finished and she had called you too early. As I stated before we never want customers to feel ripped off. I assure you that we do not take advantage of any gender. We also greatly respect our Vetrans. My father (the shop's original owner) served in Korea as well as many members of my family in other wars. I will once again state that I sorry we had a miscommunication in our office that led to this situation. Thank you for your service. Rick Gowen (Shop Owner)
