Quite honestly l was very disappointed. My car was there for 3 or 4 months and was never diagnosed properly. There was absolutely no communication from your service dept. Days, weeks, and months just passed. Whenever l checked with service l received meaningless excuses. It became clear to me that you guys could not properly diagnose the problem. I wish this would have been communicated much earlier in the process. Utimately l had to have my vehicle towed to another shop. I do however appreciate not being charged for this experience.
Hi Gabe, I am a bit perplexed by your review. As you stated I did not charge you for my tech's time as I wanted to make sure you left a satisfied customer. I would like to note that we did make many attempts to contact you over the 3-4 months your BMW was with us. When we did speak, my tech did communicate that your vehicle was in need of a CAS module and that no further diagnostics could be done until this part was installed. I understand the module is a $2000 part and it was frustrating that we could not give you further information until this part was installed. However, due to the fact that your vehicle was struck by lightning there was no guarantee only one module would ultimately fix all of the issues.
