I came in very concern about my 2009 Chevy Malibu because I had it at another mechanic for two weeks, telling me I had an electrical problem turns out I didn't! Ryan (mechanic) was very friendly and informative. Informed me basically I was being lied too and his team fixed my car. I have been running ever since. They took all my fears and worries away! That Mama Barbara (as the shop calls her) is a sweetheart! She is the life of the shop. I really do appreciate Gowen Automotive. I thank my brother for recommending me. I will return for required maintenance and share the good news of finding an honest, reliable, dependable automotive shop. My sons and I are very happy customers!

Personnel at Gowen's are very friendly and gives you a quality job at a fair price. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the service. No one wants to spend money on car repairs, but when I do have to, I enjoy going to Gowens because they show that they genuinely appreciate you as a customer.
