Truly outstanding service rendered to a long-distance stranded motorist. Immediately interested and concerned to get the repair done professionally and quickly. Talked with my repair shop back home to get insight to previous repair done the previous week before starting. Finished in three hours with a coil and spark plug replacement as well as an oil change. I hate the common advertisement "I feel like I'm doing business with family" (because not everyone has good family relationships) but if i could choose a family, i would definitely choose the Gowen family.
