I first want to start off by saying that I am grateful for my experience with Gowens Automotive. Ms. Barbara was the sweetest when I first called to make my appointment. She was incredibly professional and has the greatest personality and even sweeter in person❤️ My mechanic was Ryan. Very informative about my car and took me along every step of the way. The entire staff was friendly and what I love is that they treat you like family. I met them for the first time and I instantly felt like family. I’m happy to know that I have somewhere to take my cars whenever I have any issues! If you are in need of a mechanic especially in the Fairburn area please take your car there. It’s nice to know that honest people still exist in the world! If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I definitely would. I told Ms. Barbara that I have no family here and her response to me was now you do with a Big hug! Sorry for the long message, but they are worth every word!! Thanks again Ms. Barbara and Ryan!!!

I’m not from here and I needed my car fixed and someone recommended Gowen’s to me. They are very professional and they walked me thru what they needed to do. I would recommend all my friends here.

Service was completed at estimated time. Professional and friendly atmosphere throughout entire interaction. Was offered an option regarding reduction of bill by having back brakes done at a later time but opted to have full service for peace of mind. Everyone was courteous.
