Been in the area several years this was my first time bringing my car in. I was very pleased with the explanation of the repair, the service and the price. Thank you so much!

I have been to Gowen's on four different occasions. They are very thorough. They don't rush through the repairs. Some things should not be rushed. You'd never want a surgeon to rush through surgery and I don't want machanics to rush through any of my car repairs! They do a great job and I feel safe when I take my car home.

Every person is absolutely professional. The mechanic, Chad, who worked on my car, was clear, concise, knowledgeable and completed repairs within 24 hours. The price was more than fair, so much better than the dealership. Best of all, my 1999 Mercedes E320 now runs like brand new! Thank you Gowen's!
