Once I gave permission to repair my vehicle, I had it back the very same day which is impressive. Rick was very nice and Ms. Barbara is just a Gem!!

I have been to Gowen's on four different occasions. They are very thorough. They don't rush through the repairs. Some things should not be rushed. You'd never want a surgeon to rush through surgery and I don't want machanics to rush through any of my car repairs! They do a great job and I feel safe when I take my car home.
