Im pleased with the work that was done (4-wheel alignment), but when I left I heard a very loud thumping noise on the rear passenger side. I immediately returned to the shop to report it because there had been no noise on the way to the shop. One of your employees took it for a short drive. When he returned he said there was vibration from a defective strut mount. But in retrospect I should have accompanied him because I dont think he heard the same thumping I had heard. When I asked if there was any possibility that during the alignment anything had been jarred loose. He became very angry! I reiterated that I was merely asking and not blaming. But he refused to listen and got even angrier. I eventually left and didnt hear any further thumping. The next day I replaced the strut and side mounts myself and also checked under the car. From what I could tell, there was nothing loose. But in view of your employs anger at me, I wont be back!
