They replaced alternator and made some other adjustments. When I need another repair I will call them again.

This place gave me the worst auto repair experience ever. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to come here.. I brought 2 vehicles here spent right at $3000 needless to say neither vehicle is right . In fact worse than when I brought them in. And I brought my car back twice and still didn't get it right and they didn't offer to give me none of my money back. Now I'm looking for someone to get both vehicles right after going to this place. I suffered a great loss of time and money here. Worst repair place I ever been too.. They charge top quality prices with shade tree service. In my experience it was worse than shade tree service..

While your vehicles were with us we discovered multiple issues with each of them that were not directly linked. However, we were not able to replicate one of the issues you brought to our attention(the car cutting off), so we could not determine the cause. I value every single one of my customers and would be happy to speak with you further and attempt to further rectify the situation. The way Gowen's Automotive is operated is not just as a small business, but it is also a representation of my family values. And I by no means wish for any person of color to feel discriminated against by myself or my team.
