Sorry i walked in to the shop first talked to a little lady in the front about what i needed. Give the name of the truck size of engine, she say she need the vin an something else so i said ok ill get back with you (thats when i called later the same day an gave the same information) Call to see what it will cost to fix my truck. All my information was give the lady about the truck an she say she will call me back to let me know the cost.. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.. I call them back and she said she have not call for the parts yet.. ( it was 5 hours in between time of me calling the 1st time to the call back) THANKS FOR TRYING TO REACH OUT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.. IT WAS 2 1/2 TO 3 WEEKS AGO, TRUCK IS RIGHT NOW.. THEY HAVE DONE WORK FOR ME IN THE PAST AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOBS. DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES LIKE THIS.. IN FACT THEY WAS VERY NICE AN HELPFUL THAT IS WHY I WENT THERE FIRST.. THANKS AGAIN..

They replaced my engine and didn't fasten everything back together and tried to double charge me to "fix" these other problems

Call to see what it will cost to fix my truck. All my information was give to a lady about the truck an she say she will call me back to let me know the cost.. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK..

I went to this auto shop because they had good reviews. I left my car on Monday 7:00 in the morning and didn't get it back until 3:30 Wednesday evening. Once I call to get my car back they hadn't done any work to it at all so they basically had my car for 3 days and convincing me. The day I called to get my car back I told them if they hadn't fixed the transmission don't worry about it I'll just pay for the oil change and be on my way to which the guy that answered the phone responded they hadn't even done the oil change. I get my vehicle back my vent was busted, I have a scuff mark above my driver tire, the lid was left open on my windshield wiper fluid and I have oil placed in my coolant reservoir and my fan was unscrewed from my radiator which shouldn't have been touched because they weren't doing the work on it. I now have to come out of pocket $500 plus to get the oil out of my coolant and to go ahead and have my transmission flush like they were supposed to have done. I also have to replace the tubings around my engine because the oil has caused them to swell and I see all sitting on top of them. I will not be going back to these people and I do not recommend that anybody especially a female go over there to get work done. The people are nice but the work quality is s*****.

Chad seems knowledgeable and interested in instruction as opposed to telling you what you want to hear. He does in a manner friendliness which, to me, made it easier to make tough, expensive decisions. The rest of the staff seems friendly as well. The place just feels like a throw back to good, family owned businesses that once were the the backbone of the country.
