This is the only shop I trust with my 15 year old Mini Cooper! Thank you Gowen's technicians for doing a great job.

My car wouldnt start and my car was pulling way right so they suggested a wheel alignment and battery.. (also air only blows out one side of vents) when I got the car back it was still pulling to the right bad!! I go back and the tech apologize for not noticing it during diagnosis!! come to find out I only needed a tire. Paid 150 dollars for a wheel alignment.and I didn’t even need it to fix the problem!! My battery was 199 they charged me 485 total to replace the battery because they said the location of the battery will take 2 hours to change and they charge 144 dollars a hour for labor.. they put die in with my Freon because it was half full so they say a possible leak (that’s what the die for) but come back when it gets hot outside again and they will fix it.. that was almost 300 dollars smh.. initially I told them from the start that my blend door was stuck and still blows heat even if the climate control is off.. they basically forgot I said that and told me they need another day to diagnose that and charge me another 144 plus whatever it take to fix.. I paid 1100 dollars for a battery Replacement.. whee alignment.. and some die and Freon.. I have 4 cars total that needed work and I just moved to this area and do you think they will ever see those cars.. absolutely not!!

The go to place for repairs for my vehicles from now on. First time taking my 2017 vw to replace serpentine belt and from getting quote, to booking repair appt was a smooth experience. Everyone is friendly and courteous and they repaired my car quick and I was back driving next day!! Really happy to support a local business that has been around for 50 years providing great service to local community!!
